Dr. Fawzia Al-Rawi, a Sufi teacher born in Baghdad, was initiated into the culture and traditions of the Middle East by her grandmother. She deepened her theoretical and practical knowledge of Sufism under the guidance of Sidi Shaykh Muhammad Al-Rifai of the Shaduliya in Jerusalem, and through her schooling while earning a PhD in Islamic Studies. Her books include Divine Names: The 99 Healing Names of the One Love... Grandmother’s Secrets... The Call of Allah... and Midnight Tales: A Woman’s Journey Through the Middle East. Fawzia is founder and spiritual guide of the House of Peace, offering online zikr, healing circles, and workshops to seekers from around the world.
